Pulse rewards you the MORE you go to the gym! Instead of paying $33.95 per month, you will pay:

$7 A MONTH WHEN YOU CHECK IN AT THE GYM 12+ DAYS IN A MONTH. (That’s only 3 days per week!)

 

How it works: Monthly payment will be based on the previous month’s use starting on the first through the end of the month. Billing will occur on the 15th day of each month.

**Only need to average 3 days a week of facility use to receive the $7 price!

Conditions of Membership:

  • Billing Schedules: 
    • Rewards Membership dues are billed on the 15th of every month, starting the first 15th after enrollment
    • Flat Rate Membership dues are billed 30 days after signup.
  • $39 Processing Fee due at sign-up unless otherwise noted.
  • $44 Annual Price Rate Guarantee billed after joining. Guarantees your monthly payment to never go up. This annual payment will be billed once per year on the same date based on your membership type.
  • All memberships have a commitment of 12 monthly payments. After 12 monthly payments, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis.
  • All payments have applicable taxes.
  • All payments require electronic funds transfer from checking account.
